“When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

“Great location , very close by to all the popular spots. The property was clean and just as described. It had all the amenities needed for a family. The property was pet friendly and had a small fenced backyard for our pets to hang out. ”

“The place needs updating. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The furnished hair dryer only blew a small amount of lukewarm air. The room was not cleaned during my stay. There are not enough wall plugs. Temperature adjustments in the room are restricted to a small band. The mattress was not comfortable. The room furniture was sparse. ”

“It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. “Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. ”

“We arrived and it was busy no one was reaching out to help and front desk staff was less than pleasant to deal with. We received a phone call apologizing for how bad the service was at 8:30 at night. We were busy and barely at the hotel. Just not what we thought it was going to be! ”

“Nice room, great walkable location to walk to downtown and restaurants. The hotel has a good restaurant as well. Parking can be tricky during the day. There is valet for $65.”
