“Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area.”

“Room wasn’t clean when we went inside. Also last few pieces of tissue was on the top of the box without leaving the new box. Had to ask to get another one, but we actually had to go downstairs to get it. They didn’t bring it up. No complementary bottle of water in the room either. Not recommended.”

“I wouldn't reccomend staying here as a female solo traveler or couple. Although most things are fairly similar to the pictures, it is true that you need to read reviews carefully and know what to look for. There were strange sounds coming from some of the rooms that were somewhat concerning. The lock on the door to our room was not secure. The bathrooms were very well out of shape and provided little to zero privacy. If you plan to shower, bring a bathing suit as there is no curtain with a...

“The atmosphere feels safe and clean but, unfortunately the person at the time I checked in wasn't the most willingly to communicate with the questions and assisting with the accommodation as we a 3 reservation made in this hotel..we are aware of things that the hotels usually offer as to make costumers feel comfortable and welcoming but this wasn't the case...is it something that you should be aware of...”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“I was given the wrong room, the pictures advertising a lobby that doesn't exist. The area is suspicious, I'm surprised my car wasn't broken into. I think I got bit by bed bugs. Wifi was terrible. Everything listed as "included" was actually an extra fee.”
