Hotel vicino a Belmont Park - Warwick

“Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.”

“The breakfast was great. Based on interactions with other guests, they enjoyed it as much as I did. The room and the bed are spacious. I slept soundly and rested well in the hotel after a hectic weekend. I would like to suggest to the management to work on the elevator and keep it tidy. The floor of the elevator is old with a lot of cracks. The strong and unpleasant smell in the hallway also needs to be checked.”

The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. “River view room with a balcony & jetted tub! Really great outdoor amenities - play structure, lounge chairs, gazebo, grills, v-ball b-ball & horseshoes, plus indoor pool!!”

“The room was clean, the TV excellent and the room quietly and comfortably cooled. It seemed a bit musty however, possibly because the room had been empty too long. It is a good sized property but there weren’t very many cars in the parking lot. ”

“Problems with checking in to hotel, shared with others in the street outside also having issues - left outside the building talking to customer representative who was extremely unhelpful. Standing on the street in an area where there were multiple homeless people who were clearly drug dependent did not feel at all safe. “Everything’s fine you get what you pay for but for some reason every time you try to take a shower before you fly out at 2:30 in the morning there is no hot water. You tell the front desk and they don’t seem to care.”

“You get what you pay for basically and don't expect much for what you get. Minimal accommodations with mini kitchen and full fridge (which bumps it's score). An arm chair that looked as though it was pulled from the nearby homeless encampment and an empty, dull space with no character. At least the shower had good pressure and the bed was ok. Maybe give it some well needed TLC and an area rug in the room perhaps to bring some much needed comfort and charm. All in all it was ok for a one night...
