Come and enjoy a classic family beach holiday in this spacious two-storey beach house, comfortably sleeping up to 11 people.
It’s an older-style home with loads of natural light, plenty of space and a relaxed, easy-going feel. There’s room for everyone to spread out, unwind and enjoy some quality time together.
The master bedroom is downstairs with a queen-size bed, while upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One has two sets of single bunk beds, and the other has a single-over-double bunk bed (tri bunk).
Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Doonas and pillows are provided for all beds, but sheets, doona covers, pillowcases and towels are not supplied.
Downstairs you’ll find the lounge, kitchen and a separate family room, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. The lounge has a digital TV with USB input, built-in DVD player, free Wi-Fi and a wood heater — perfect for cosy evenings after a day at the beach.
There are decks at both the front and back of the house, along with a BBQ, making it easy to enjoy a lazy breakfast, afternoon drinks or a casual dinner outside.
There’s also a separate bungalow in the backyard, offering a little extra privacy and sleeping space. It has a double bed, vanity, shower and toilet.
The house is in a fantastic spot, very close to the main central beach, so you can easily head down for a swim, walk along the sand or enjoy a day by the water.
There’s plenty of parking on the flat driveway, with room for a couple of cars or a boat and trailer.
The yard is fully fenced, and well-behaved outside-only pets are welcome.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
The house is fully furnished and well equipped for a comfortable beach stay. As it’s an older-style holiday home, it may not have every appliance or piece of equipment you might have at home — but it has everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable getaway.
Bring the family, pack your beach towels and settle in for a great coastal escape!

- Other things to note
Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
