“The bed had brown stains all over and it, and the shower was covered in black hair. ”

“The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”

“After our nightmare of Airbnb situation it was wonderful crawling into a clean, smoke free room. Breakfast was also a nice bonus!”

“Hotel is in a poor area. there was no hot water, sketchy people in lobby. I would not recommend. shower curtain had mildew on it.”

“The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees. You know when you get off of a long road trip and the first thing you ca think is where is the nearest bathroom? Well me too, but just our luck I was...

“Waited 25 minutes at the front desk to be checked in. No one showed up. Went in to check with the bartender and she checked me in. Left to do a couple things (three times) and then came back. Our cards that we were given to us weren't working, had to go back around to the front desk to get them working. They said it was due to being next to my phone. My phone was in my shirt pocket and room keys were in my pants pocket. Also, absolutely nothing on tv to watch, unless you have a device hooked up...

“I'm not picky, but the room was nasty. Sheets were stained and pillow cases looked so old/dirty/used... It was gross. The floor was dirty, bathroom floor had crumbs all over it. You could hear everything outside the room (might've been due to the 1.5" gap at the bottom of the door between the door frame). Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know. ”

“We didn’t even go in. We pulled up and saw how unclean it even looked just from the outside and decided to drive the few hours back home instead. We weren’t expecting perfection, we knew it was cheap and we weren’t paying much. But we just couldn’t get ourselves to stay.”

“Traveled from Wisconsin. Very clean hotel. Easy parking in a covered parking ramp, connected to hotel. Mini fridge in room with local beer, etc”
