Appartamenti a Sanibel Captiva Island

“The unit was clean and well appointed. Louise was super responsive and helpful! The location is awesome for boating and any water sports you are into. Nice restaurant right next door. Highly recommend for sure ”

“Old Florida just what we were looking for. Site was on water. Landscaping needed some work but otherwise our perfect getaway. Thank you Louise for making my husbands birthday just perfect.”

“This place was amazing. Extremely comfortable and fully stocked. You could easily travel with just some clothes and more personal toiletries. The hosts include everything else, including multiple types of sunscreen. The decor was lovely. We loved the octopus theme. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained with lots of seating. There is also an outdoor fridge with alcoholic and n/a drinks (the first one's free!). All of your beach needs are there including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a...

“Il personale e` molto gentile e l'albergo e` carino. L'albergo e` su una strada molto trafficata, per cui non e` molto silenzioso. “PROS-Host was excellent. Actual apartment was clean. View of beach and water was excellent. CONS- have to pay to park on street (5 per hour) in order to unload car. If you have a lot of stuff bring a wagon to cart your things from car to rental. After unloading, I parked my car across the bridge at the park and ride to minimize parking charges. Otherwise you willPay A-LOT TO PARK ON BEACH. The worst part for me- At the entrance to apartment there are 4 large trash bins ( must belong to adjacent...

Walking to the tourist area and restaurants is a bit of a hike in the hot summer sun, but is doable. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We were able to cook in a lot and save money. The outdoor propane grill was an added bonus. Communication was great, and we encountered no major issues. This is a shared location, but we couldn’t hear the...
