“We have an allergy to down feather pillows, and I was told by the gentleman at the front desk that they do not use down feather pillows, only the polyester. Every pillow in our room was down feather and the evening staff lady did not have any pillows in stock to change out, but said she’d send a note the next morning to the Cleaning staffto get our pillow switched out and that never happened.
