“This property charges premium prices but delivers very little beyond the view. The location overlooking Lake Atitlán is beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The internet was essentially unusable during my stay. For a hotel at this price level, reliable internet should be basic. I had work to do and could not connect. “Somethings were amazing, the staff, the clean rooms, the wonderful food, and beautiful grounds, and magical massages. Somethings were less than wonderful, but take the good with the bad. The hot water is more along the line of warmish water. My rooms door knob broke, but was fixed the next day. ”

“The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom.
