Bishop's Lodge Villa 44A | Tranquil Retreat

This updated 3 bed/3 bath home is located in the exclusive Bishop’s Lodge Hills ; Villas in beautiful foothills just a few miles from the Santa Fe Plaza. The home offers opportunities for a range of nearby activities at a go at your own pace: hike at one of the gorgeous state parks or on the several private mountain trails inside this gated community.

Living Area
The spacious living room features high wood beam ceilings and floor to ceiling windows as well as ample and comfortable seating. The room has a wood-burning fireplace, television, and surround sound with access to television and music streaming services.Kitchen and Dining Area
The modern kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, ample granite counters, a double sink, gas range, as well as a kitchen bar with seating for three. The dining room has a dining table with seating for six.

Bedrooms and Baths
The first master bedroom includes a king bed, a flat screen television, a wood-burning fireplace, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
The guest bedrooms can also be considered as master bedrooms. The first includes a king bed, a flat screen TV, a wood-burning kiva fireplace, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second includes a king bed, an optional roll away, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor Areas
Enjoy dinner on the large brick patio off the living room, with a propane grill waiting to be used.
Two of the master bedrooms also include a private patio and courtyard great for quiet lounging or intimate meals.
The community pool opens Memorial Day Weekend through first week of September, a pool waiver must be signed upon check-in for the acceptance of the pool code.** DATES MAY VARY

The Location
This lovely villa is ensconced in the foothills of Santa Fe adjacent to 200 acres of National Forest with excellent hiking trails and numerous expansive panoramas.

The villa is a 12- minute drive to Santa Fe and its shops and restaurants!
