Sperimenta la vita del sud-ovest al suo meglio nella nostra bella casa situata in un isolato tranquillo vicino alla storica piazza di Santa Fe, al bacino sciistico di Santa Fe e al Santa Fe Opera. Questa affascinante e unica casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni è la tua casa lontano da casa. C'è una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, una camera con letto matrimoniale che condivide un bagno comunicante con un'altra camera con due letti singoli. L'ultima camera da letto contiene un letto full size con un bagno completo proprio di fronte al corridoio. Una cucina completamente attrezzata confina con la sala da pranzo che conduce ad un ampio cortile dove è possibile sorseggiare il caffè del mattino o vedere uno dei famosi tramonti di Santa Fe. Il soggiorno è accogliente e confortevole con un camino a legna, una tv a schermo piatto da 43 ', un lettore dvd Blue Ray, un dvr e dettagli originali sudoccidentali. Questo noleggio è perfetto per una famiglia numerosa o per le coppie che possono godere di una delle caratteristiche più singolari della casa: una sala giochi / ufficio al piano superiore. Questa aggiunta è stata costruita dai proprietari originali ed è dotata di ampie finestre che lasciano entrare il bellissimo sole di Santa Fe. Questo spazio può essere utilizzato anche come sala di meditazione o sala yoga / palestra.
A pochi minuti da casa nostra, si ha un comodo accesso a Santa Fe Spa (una palestra completamente attrezzata), The Santa Fe Opera, The Santa Fe Ski Basin (aperto dal Ringraziamento a Pasqua) e la rinomata spa Ten Thousand Waves. A dieci minuti di auto vi porterà alla famosa Canyon Road di Santa Fe, dove abbondano le gallerie d'arte. La nostra casa si trova anche vicino a negozi di alimentari, farmacie, distributori di benzina, banche e tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno a Santa Fe.

Two couples and three singles enjoyed this spacious house with wonderful areas to stretch out, hang out and use as a home base to explore Sante Fe. Jerome was super responsive and friendly! We specifically loved the kitchen table fireplace and back patio. Did I mention the three bathrooms? Game changer right there!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had their own bathroom which was awesome, and there was an unused room with twin beds. Rooms are not huge but roomy enough. Jerome was very responsive when we had problems with the washer/dryer and other minor needs. No dishwasher, but we managed fine with handwashing. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. Location was excellent. Close to interstate, downtown and within riding distance of a great mountain biking area (La Tierra). We stayed 2 weeks and loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming New Mexico-style home in March! The weather was absolutely beautiful, and we can only imagine how amazing it would be to use the backyard even more when the weather is at its best.The home was incredibly comfortable, with great amenities like a washer/dryer and a cozy fireplace that made our stay even more enjoyable. It was spotless and offered plenty of space—perfect for spending time together as a family while also having room to spread out when needed.The location was fantastic—close to grocery shopping, plenty of great restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown Santa Fe for all the sightseeing. A pleasant surprise was discovering the nearby military cemetery, which we had never seen before—it was a meaningful and unexpected experience. The authentic Southwestern style of the home added to the experience, making it feel even more special.On top of that, we accidentally left a few things behind, and the host was kind enough to send them back without any hassle. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient stay!

We loved this house. It is being transformed from a relative's house into a short term rental. The bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable and the redone bathrooms are great! The garden on the back, front and side are lovely and the back patio gave us a peaceful place to sit for breakfast and dinner. Our communication with th owner was great!

This house was spacious, clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Our group of 7 friends enjoyed our stay there and have absolutely no concerns about the property. The outdoor space is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is small but well-equipped and efficient. The location was ideal for visiting the Plaza and other attractions around town. There was a nice walk on sidewalks up to a nearby park.

We had a sister's reunion in Sante Fe. The weather turned snowy and cold so we had a fire every night with the fire wood and kindling so generously left for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. We would stay there again.

The kitchen needs a dishwasher. Other than that, everything was excellent. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, lovely linens and showers. Lovely outdoor space. Well situated for touring. The owner was most accommodating.

This was a wonderful home! The location was very accessible to the Plaza area and other sites in Old Santa Fe. The owner was very good to check in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very inviting! Beds were comfortable. The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms as well as a loft area. We highly recommend this home for all travelers to Santa Fe!

We chose this location for our trip to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. Floors are super creaky so it's hard to walk quietly after others have gone to bed. A few of the doors stick really bad. The big chefs knives are extremely dull, but we just used smaller ones for cutting vegetables. A few of the kitchen chairs feel like they're falling apart when you sit in them. Most of the windows in the house do not open. Other than those minor issues, the overall stay was really great! House is conveniently located just a few miles from the highway, and there's a grocery store less than a mile away. Really nice backyard area for hanging out. Beds are comfortable! There ARE a steep set of stairs leading to an upstairs area, but there is a door that separates that area from the main living area that can be closed and locked (for those with small children). Jerome, the owner, is really great with communication....before, during, and after the stay! I would definitely recommend!

Spent 5 days in this Santa Fe property on an old girlfriends trip and it was just as described. The owners took meticulous care in stocking the home with everything you need and it was clean. Wait until you try the towels!!! All the linens seemed new and top notch. Lovely patio are in the back.

Owners went to great lengths to make guests comfortable. Small kitchen had loads of dishes, etc. Great backyard to lounge in. Great walking neighborhood. Quirky house and neighborhood close to everything and GREAT dog park very close by.
