“The service at this place is above and beyond expectations. The staff and manager are quick to respond and make sure you have what you need. The views at night are magical. A sweater is necessary as the nights are cool. I stayed in Dome 3 with the best view in my opinion. It is quite sunny during the day, so leave the place around 9 am and return around 4 pm. We love it, we will definitely return. To get to the domos requieres walking up steep hill, so it is not for those who have knee or back...

“The property location is excellent. The rest is not. The limited staff that we met was courteous but didn’t seem to be trained or just didn’t put a little extra that I would expect. For example, my 3 years old son had to eat the same breakfast and drink the same coffee than the rest of the family for the 3 days we stayed. Maybe a little bit of inexpensive fruits or a juice or a cereal will make a big difference. ”

The air conditioning was cold and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water and pressure.
