“Breakfast is waffles and 2 types of cereal. If you want more don’t book here. Plus there was a dead cockroach in our room. Very clearly. :)”

“There was nothing unique about the property. Thought is was a more modern setting from the photos. The room had a damp musty smell that was unpleasant. The size of the room is nice but the decor is drab. The pillows on bed are too small and don't make for best comfort. The breakfast was nice.”

“The owner/manager takes good care of the property. Although an older hotel, it is kept up. Easy parking. Located in a quiet area. Easy to access off the highway. There's no coffee maker or microwave but the price is excellent when I've stayed on weekdays.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. ”

“This hotel was ok. Nothing fancy or updated but staff was kind and helpful.”

“Unfortunately, our room had a strong odor similar to mouse urine when the heater was turned on, which made our stay much less comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room also was not what we expected. Also, there were not enough bath towels provided for everyone in our group to shower. When we requested additional towels, we were given a mix of floor mats, hand towels, and washcloths rather than bath towels. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly during our stay.”

“Worst Hotel Ever!! Dirty room, poor service, instead of having an incidental fee after you pay for your room, they want you to have a pre-authorization for the entire price of the room and and then when you show up, they want you to pay for the room while you still have a pre-authorization hanging out there for the full rate of the room. Ridiculous.”

“Very disappointed with this hotel. The property was not clean, and because they are remodeling, everything felt messy and unorganized. You could tell the bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned, which was really unpleasant. The hotel looked much better in the pictures than it does in person, which was very misleading. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I will definitely not be staying here again.”

“It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable. ”

“Worst hotel room ever. Roaches everywhere couldn't sleep for the roaches crawling around and couldn't even shower roaches in the shower and bath and faucets.”

“For the value it was a good stay since we just needed a place to sleep for the night. The swimming pool look inviting but dinner went late and we didn't have a chance to jump in. The AC worked great in this summer heat.”
