Greetings, hope you made it safely back to US. It is unfortunate to read your review, as it does not tell the real story of what had happened in the hotel- including your disgruntle behavior while demanding luxury setting/modern comfort which does not come with our discounted Expedia pricing. We are a city hotel with a historical existence. We clean and take care of our facilities. Your insult to our staff (in a well know environment of your origin) were unacceptable.

Thank you for your inputs/comments/reviews. February is really noisy as there is the carnival "fever" in every corner and nights. We are a city hotel and this does not make it better sometimes. Your review is appreciated as we take seriously the feedback for improvement where is possible. Ste travel to you and yours.

we are very sorry to see this unacceptable rating. We prefer not to respond to this guest, as they were seeking and used for bargain with 2 ATOs/same period in our facility and discriminated all services for the price paid.

All rooms, small or medium sizes have windows – but it could be what you did not expect for a city hotel.
