“Everything was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. Room clean and in good condition. Two minor complaints: The AC did not have a low speed so it was off or on full blast. Also, the hallways are long. There were two entrances closer to our room that we could not access, even in daytime with a room key.”

“Very impressed with room cleanliness, shower head/water pressure and comfortable bed. Also appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet, for both food quality and presentation. Was disappointed with the front desk’s inability to honor my longstanding request for an early checkin (1 pm). I arrived at 1pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. Was told I would be notified by phone when the room was available. Never received the promised phone call and was issued room keys at 3:10pm.”

“Second time staying here. 36 minute drive to the Bronx Zoo. Modern, clean room. Super friendly staff. Awesome pool. Definitely recommend.”

“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”
