From 64W turn right on Christy Trail and then immediate right onto Tower Road follow road up until you reach the sign that says High Heaven 1624 Tower Road (on your right) make wide right turn and follow driveway to upper level of house

GARBAGE
please bag any garbage and put in bear proof bunkers provided on side of garage! A private service comes on Tuesday and
Friday to pick up and no need to do anything with the cans, they come up for them. = NO LOOSE OR BAGGED GARBAGE OUTSIDE OF CANS!!!! DON’T WANT BEARS HANGING ABOUT!
NO LOOSE GARBAGE INSIDE BUNKERS!!!!

Please just REMOVE CLIP on bunkers to unlock DO NOT leave clip off of the bunkers at anytime! They must be put right back on or bears will come and get into the trash!

FURNITURE: PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE IN HOUSE OR ON DECKS. THIS CAUSES A BIG PROBLEM FOR CLEANERS AND THEY WILL CHARGE EXTRA IF FURNISHINGS ARE OUT OF THEIR PLACE.

FIREPLACE INSIDE - DOORS ON BOTH SIDES MUST BE OPEN!
Fireplace operated by remote control.
To operate only press ON button and wait up to 2 mins and it should light unless somebody turned off pilot light. there are instructions on site on how to light the pilot light. Please be careful and only adults should start or stop the fireplace.

DO NOT MOVE ANY OF THE LOGS, I`M NOT SURE WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING, BUT IT STOPS THE FLOW OF THE FIRE

TO TURN OFF FIREPLACE JUST HIT THE OFF BUTTON

There is a fire pit on back side of the house down on ground. There is also a lovely cement gas fireplace outside on top deck for your enjoyment.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS ARE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND ON THE BAR DOWNSTAIRS AS WELL AS UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK

THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL BREVILLE MICROWAVE/ AIR FRYER AND OVEN IN LOWER LEVEL KITCHENETTE INSTRUCTION MANUAL IS DOWNSTAIRS AS WELL.

THE RECREATION CENTER IS OPEN DAILY, HOURS MAY VARY, PLEASE CALL 828-743-1171 .
The Rec Center offers an exercise room with some of the newest equipment available, one indoor pool, two outdoor pools plus a wading pool. In addition there are two hot tubs and two saunas (one is dry and one is wet).

WE HAVE AN ARCADE, ,mini golf as well as cornhole `CornHole`bean bag toss game

Clean towels are provided by the center for all swimmers. Take your choice of different field games such as horseshoes, basketball, soccer, volleyball and bocce ball...or use the quarter mike walking/ running track and playground.
Relax and pamper yourself with a massage or facial by one of our licensed therapists. We also have a tanning bed available! Looking for gems? ? Experience gem mining at the Rec Center, with a real fume! Afraid of being out of touch while on vacation?
The Rec Center has free Wi-Fi access, for those with laptops or two computes for public use. Movie rentals are available offering new releases and many of your old favorites.
We also have board games, puzzles and much more, just inquire.
We aim to make your stay a pleasant one.
We have many different classes and activities at the Recreation Center. Including Water Aerobics and workouts, massage workshops and others. Time & Day vary, so please call the Rec Center for your time of fun!

WASH ALL YOUR DIRTY DISHES, EITHER BY HAND, OR IN DISHWASHER, OR BOTH.

REMOVE ALL FOOD FROM REFRIGERATOR AND CABINETS AND TAKE WITH YOU OR UNOPENED ITEMS MAY BE LEFT FOR NEXT GUESTS.

Any of these items not done may result in cleaning staff charging additional for their extra time.

Unfortunately, I have to now mention to make sure your pet (doggies only - no more cats) are trained and well behaved!

MAKE sure your pet fee is paid, if it isn’t that will result in a fee of $350 to bring a last minute extra person to clean.

No pets on furniture and bring sheets from your home to cover the furniture if they like to sneak up!

Make sure they haven`t left any presents around the house as the cleaning staff is not there to clean up after untrained

Also please make sure your dog hasn’t had accidents inside and clean immediately off of wood floors ! you don`t want that bill!
