Find your mountain moment at Hideaway Hill—a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway tucked beneath the trees in Sapphire, North Carolina. Thoughtfully designed for relaxed mornings, cozy evenings, and everything in between, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home invites you to slow down and settle in.

The home features two king bedrooms, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. Whether you're reconnecting with friends or vacationing as a family, there's plenty of space to make yourself at home. The open layout flows easily from a well-stocked kitchen (complete with a Keurig) into a comfortable living area with smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and central HVAC for year-round comfort.

Begin your day with coffee, relaxing in the sunroom or the newly renovated deck on the lower level. With a washer and dryer for added ease—and a dog-friendly setup—this home blends simple comforts in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

You are close to fishing, swimming and some of WNC's best hiking trails.

Just minutes from Cashiers and a scenic drive to Highlands, Hideaway Hill is your jumping-off point for exploring Western North Carolina. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject to review before acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ days.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

We had a wonderful time here! It’s a great location, close to Cashiers and lots of outdoor waterfalls/activities. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We loved the coffee that they supply for the renters. It was a great spot! Thank you!
