Step into this fully renovated, designer home nestled close to all Sarasota has to offer. A quick five-mile drive takes you to one of the nation's most beautiful beaches, or unwind at home with a glass of wine on the screened lanai and take a dip in the spacious private pool. The expansive backyard offers ample space for family games or soaking up the sun. 🏖️🍹



The heart of the home is the large living area, ideal for family movie nights or game gatherings. Sink into the plush sectional and enjoy the large smart TV after a day of beach adventures! 📺🍿



My favorite part of the house? The outdoor area! Dive into the sizable pool equipped with plenty of pool toys. The generous lanai features four cozy lounge chairs, a dining table for four, and a brand-new grill, perfect for post-beach relaxation. 🏊‍♂️🍔



The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, a spacious closet, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, ample storage, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. 🛏️🌟



For the kids or a peaceful reading retreat, the third room features a twin day bed and a pull-out twin bed, along with a charming mid-century room divider adorned with thoughtful touches. This room includes a small dresser and a curated bookshelf for your enjoyment. The second bathroom adjoins this room. 📚🛋️



Adjacent to the seaside room divider, you'll find the spacious dining room with sliding glass doors leading to the sparkling pool. The trendy dining table seats six and offers a perfect spot for family dinners, while the rocking chair in the corner invites you to relax with a poolside view. 🍽️🌴



The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel oven, fridge, and dishwasher, along with a charming mid-century microwave. Enjoy the backyard and pool views from the kitchen sink. 🍽️🍍



Two bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a standard shower, are stocked with fluffy towels and bath products. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available on the property. 🚿🧺



Please note that the SMART TVs do not have cable; feel free to use your personal Netflix, Hulu, or Sling accounts for entertainment. A personalized access code will be provided a few days before your arrival. 📺🔑



We're just a stone's throw away from the property and available for anything you need during your stay. We adore this property for its proximity to the beach and downtown Sarasota, offering a fabulous location for all your needs. Guest Access:

We will provide you with a Personalized access code a few days prior to arrival. Use your unique 4-digit code to enter the home. The code is active starting at 4pm on check in day and automatically deactivates at 10am on check out day.



The Neighborhood:

We love this property because of its proximity to the beach and downtown Sarasota. The location is fabulous! So close to everything you could need. We also love the huge pool and back yard. Its a fun, quirky cottage I know you will have a blast at!



Other Things to Note:

Here are answers to some of our most commonly received questions!



🌴 Is the property pet-friendly? 🌴

We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or nightly rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy and bring an unapproved pet, there is a $500 fine.



🌴 Is the pool heated? 🌴

The pool is open year-round and can be heated in the winter for a fee of $25 per day. Due to the nature of the heating system we can only offer it for the entirety of your stay and not on an ad hoc basis.🍍



🌴 Is smoking allowed? 🌴

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside, there is a $250 fine plus the cost of remediation.



🌴 If I leave something it be sent back to me? 🌴

We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $50 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.



🌴 What kind of coffee machine do you have? 🌴

We have a kurig in the home.



🌴 Can I book for less than 5 nights? 🌴

Unfortunately not, due to the amount of wear and tear on the homes from frequent turnovers we have a 5 night minimum across our portfolio.



🌴 What is the nearest beach? 🌴

The nearest beach is Crescent Beach which is 3 miles from the property.



🌴 What beach equipment do you provide? 🌴

We provide beach chairs for our guests. If there is additional equipment you need you would either need to bring it or rent it.



🌴 Is it possible to have a late check-out? 🌴

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate a late checkout. Our cleaning team works on a scheduled timeline and has an agreed arrival time to prepare the property properly for the next guests. Thank you very much for your understanding
