Fully equipped kitchen with cooking and serving items. Large private back yard with BBQ grill, chairs, tables, umbrella, etc.

Situated in the heart of Lido Key, a great place to enjoy outdoor adventures, incredible sunsets, world-class dining experiences, and boutique shopping in the warm sunshine of Florida's West Coast.

Guests are a short stroll from the white sands of Lido Beach, minutes from the vibrant tourist destination of St. Armand's Key, and a quick drive to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, or Longboat Key.

Our guest rooms will accommodate the needs of your party, whether it is the whole family, a romantic getaway, or a business trip to Sarasota. Ranging from our studio apartment to 2 additional units in the same property. We have options for a party of 2 or a group of 8 to share the same property. Lido weekend

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as advertised and the owner was extremely responsive. The location is perfect and the rental was very clean. I would recommend this rental.

Perfect vacation

Cute beach house with plenty of room for the children. Nice, relaxing back yard with chairs, a table, and a grill. Perfect for evening dinners. It was a short walk to the beach. They provided everything we needed for the beach, including a wagon, cooler, chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. We walked to St. Armand's circle. It was about a 10/15 minute walk with the kids. Nice sidewalks the whole way.

Get location and host!

The location was perfect for us - right across the street from the beach! Dana was a great host and communicated well throughout our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Lido Key area.

As pictured

The place looks exactly like the photos and the price is right. If you are expecting luxury at this price you will be disappointed. This place is adequate in terms of space, updated bathroom, kitchen items. As a reviewer said below there is no dishwasher but it’s not advertised that it has a dishwasher. There was construction on both sides of the place but it was after 8am and we could hear a small amount of noise. We were gone every day so it didn’t affect us. Also, it’s not the owners fault there is construction….jeeez. We had a small mechanical issue that was dealt with in 2.0 minutes with instant communication. All-in-all it was a reasonably price rental that suited our needs with a great location.

Great time on Lido

My wife and I really enjoyed our visit. Janine was an amazing host!! The home was so clean and had everything we needed during our 2 1/2 week stay! The beach is a short walk and St Armand’s is a 10 minute walk. We can’t wait to come back again!

Lido Beach

We were really looking forward to staying at this property and staying in the Lido Beach area. The furniture was very outdated and not comfortable at all. Too many pieces in the living room. Also upon walking in there is a kitchen table in the initial entrance along with a bed. Very odd. No dishwasher. Ice machine and water in the frig door would not work. We were planning to leave on Sunday and stay at our friend's rental with them but ended up having to leave on Saturday due to a family emergency. Large gap under the front door that let grubs and a lizard in. Construction on both sides occurring which was very loud. Definitely needs some updates.

A vacation property in the middle of an active construction site !!

Gigantic crane, concrete mixers, trucks all around, noise and dust was the environment of this little bungalow. The two adjacent much larger houses and one more in the immediate area were all under reconstruction. The property manager does not live in the area and was not aware of the situation. I received a refund on 3 of the 4 nights and found a much better accommodation in the neighorhood.

Sarasota, the ultimate getaway

This property has an ideal location, a minute from Saint Armans Square, and seconds to Lido Beach. The sunset and sunrise are scenic. The property is very functional and well equipped. Enjoyed it!

Lido vacay

Really nice property. Very "Old Florida" vibe. Very comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels all provided. Kitchen well equipped. Owners wonderful. We plan on booking again next year.

Quiet and close to beach

My husband, son (1.5 year old) and I stayed here for a week in July 2021. The host was very quick to respond, it was easy checkin and out. It was so close to both beach access points on Lido Key. Just the perfect home for your lido key vacation.

Great place to stay!

Our place was just as pictured. Everything we needed was available, short walk to the beach. New grill in the back yard that we were able to cook our fresh caught fish. Would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed, comfortable, convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen. We especially liked the easy walk to the beach, and to Ted Sperling Nature Park for kayaking, and the short drive to St. Armands Key for dining.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Everything was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Fast WiFi so that I was able to work from the apartment. Very close to the beach and local shops and restaurants! I will be visiting again in the future!

Wonderful time! A fantastic place!

Came down from Chicago to visit family. This place was perfect. Super clean with plenty of room to lounge. 5min walk to the beach and 15min walk to the circle. The owner was super nice and very communicative. We will stay again the next time we visit.

Cute beach house

We had a great stay! Janine was an excellent host...always responsive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and all linens/towels were wonderful. Air conditioning worked great! The house was located a short walk to the beach. We love Lido and St Armand’s and will definitely return.
