This gorgeous home features a nice open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an outdoor screened in living area situated next to an in ground pool. Brightly decorated and furnished, this home is perfect for a stress free getaway with your family or friends. Centrally located just off Siesta Key, this home is located near all the shopping and dining choices the area has to offer, while being a short half mile from the Gulf Beaches. With the open floor plan, multiple seating areas, and screened in pool area being able to fully open into the living room, this home is absolutely perfect for those that want to spread out yet still be together.

To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,.

Wonderful Place to stay for our family vacation

The check in/ out process was super easy, the house was super clean and everything the pictures showed was how it was! Any concerns we had was fixed within a few hours. They had extra beach supplies for us and also the pool area was super kid friendly and clean! I 100% recommend this place! We will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful overall

The house was very clean with and well stocked with what you need for a vacation. Management was very responsive with communications. The pool was a bit smaller than expected for the number of adults and kids on our party. Although the pool are was screened in there were many no-see-ums that made it through the screen. We would recommend overall and stay again!

Close to beach and lots of room

Provided clear directions for check in, place was clean and had tons of room. Close to everything but is definitely a haul to walk, but you’ll want to walk because nowhere to park without paying a ridiculous amount on the islands.

Excellent all around except the beds were all pretty much too soft. One of the beds (in the room with two beds) had a better (more firm) bed. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood. Already booked for next February.

Family vacation

Home was roomy, clean and nice environment in middle of the road neighborhood. Was very disappointed in the parking situation for the beach. Walking to the beach was not an option in the temperatures we had. Parking at beach if you can find any is also a long walk from parking spots to waters edge. During the week is slightly better. Vacation home was good size for our family and the property manager was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Mark for making our stay so pleasant and helping g us with a/c.

Walk to Beach Rental

Stay was great. House was clean and well equiped. Pool is smaller than it look in pictures, but the covered patio is a great feature. 3 new and 1 not so great beach chair. The beach umbrella's listed were in poor condition and not usable. Cresent Beach is close and beautiful, but no public rest room at this entry location onto Siesta Key beach.

Great Location

This property has some great features. 1. The location is perfect for walking to Siesta Key Cresent Beach so you don’t have to deal with spring break traffic and finding parking near the beach. It is located within 15-20 minutes of Ed Smith Stadium and downtown. 2. Heated pool that gets sun from 9-5 in March. My grandchildren loved it. We were able to swim on days when the air temperature felt cool. 3. Open and very well equipped kitchen. We cooked most of our meals and enjoyed having all the utensils we needed 4. The management company was very responsive. They fixed things within 24-48 hours of my reporting a problem. No rental is perfect and this one has some areas that need some TLC. 1. There is a sitting area leading to the pool that has furniture that looks worn out and dirty. My son’s allergy symptoms flared if he sat on it. 2. There are no towel racks in the master bath, just one robe hook. There is one rack in the hall bath over the toilet. Hardly adequate when we had 3-4 persons taking showers in each bath. 3. The carport and lanai roofs leak. 4. One of the supplied beach chairs is unusable. Information for persons with mobility difficulties: our son can walk short distances but uses a wheelchair. The doorways in the home are wide enough to accommodate a standard sized chair. The master bath can accommodate a wheelchair, had a raised toilet and handheld shower head. We brought our own shower seat. There are no grab bars.

Lovely Heated Pool Home

Great location, Easy walk to restaurants on both sides of the bridge. Would stay here again. Check in was flawless. Had one issue that was taken care of very quickly by the host. Would highly recommend. Very nice place to stay, we had plenty of room for 8 over 60 adults.

Family vacation.

Place is huge! Our house is 3800 sq ft but when we came into this home the rooms are big size! Lots of walking room. Kitchen is large. Bathrooms and gathering spots are spacious! We ended up not using 2 rooms anyway because all kuds where small enough to sleep on 2 beds in 1 room. Other family that stopped by also said easily 10 to 12 people can fit in this home. With the sleeper sofas theres plenty of room for adding it into a larger category. Just give heads up online listing. Pool was warm most of the nights but a few times it was a bit of chilly side. I could not find a label on how to turn heater on. Wasnt a big deal. We used laundry almost every day which was a plus. But didnt do load last night we where there. Wanted to get a head start on the drive home. There are 4 trash cans which is confusing. Only recycling is labeled. Went to bed and didn't pull recycling out but trash we pulled out and they grabbed it some 9am. The other 2 cans not sure if that was garbage. On second night around midnight someone was knocked on door trying to get in. But since we are so close to ocean i figured it happens othen. Maybe get a ring door bell for house. I bought a door bell at target $50 and $3.99 i pay a month and get to save all door bell video up to a month back This would be great for homeowners to add that extra security on house. Would rent home again if we ever vacationed in same area again

Great accommidations

Very nice property. Great for entertaining and just a short walk over the bridge to a public beach access. Home had everything we needed in the kitchen for making our own meals. A beach wagon and 5 chairs were provdied at the time of our visit.

Great Home for Vacation

This property was amazing to stay at with our party of 7. Plenty of room for all of us that we didn't use some of the space in the house there was so much room. The pool was very convenient and all of the amenities the house had was very useful.

Perfect space and location for our family. the pool area was fantastic.

Easy and just what was promised. The only suggestion we have is that the beds all seem to be too soft..possible replacement. Also the kitchen needs a couple potholders overall the place was amazing!

Siesta Key Beach is the Best in the area

We stayed a week in this home, I was pleasantly surprised that there was a sand wagon with 4 Tommy Bahama chairs and 2 umbrellas, and a cooler for our use. This was great because I wasn't sure if I had to buy stuff just for the trip. The little secret is on beach access #7 a little north of the main beach, it was less crowded of a beach than the main siesta key. The house has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves with the comforts of home and the pool was great for the kids to swim in. I would recommend staying here again.

Great family retreat

This property was a great get away for almost 2 weeks for 2 couples. During our stay our grown children and a grand-baby joined us for a portion of the time. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for both the bath and the pool. The pool is small for that number of people but we made the most of it. There are several seating and dining areas which we also enjoyed. The patio door opens wide so you can utilize both the inside and outside simultaneously. The side yard was just the right size for some games of Molkky and was very private. The beach is just a short walk and was absolutely gorgeous.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house overall with a heated pool! The bedrooms are separated 2 on each side of the house with kitchen and living room in between. One set of bedrooms isn’t very private however with a door between that you can hear noise through and see light at the bottom (more like a master bedroom and office set up). Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes and appliances. No hot water kettle though and no dish towels (just a few microfiber non drying ones). A good set of kitchen towels would be helpful! Having indoor and outdoor dining options is perfect! Bathroom next to non master bedroom has no hooks to hang towels (definitely would be a good addition). Pool and regular towels available. The house was clean upon arrival except when I washed all the bedding and sheets the next day there were a few hairs on the mattress protector and the bed frame was pretty dusty so a very good deep clean is needed. Mattresses are very soft and could be replaced with newer ones in near future. It’s a good 12 min walk to the beach (non public so no bathrooms) over a nice bridge and in a beautiful subdivision. There are no beach chairs, umbrella or beach wagon which surprised us since being that close to the beach those are usually offered. We rented baby supplies (crib, high chair, toys, glider, stroller) from Bundle of Joy and they are amazing!! The house is great just needs a few extras and some good deep cleaning :) We did have an issue with very little hot water the first days and the property manager promptly sent someone out to fix it. And one day a pool contractor showed up unannounced to measure the pool area for repairs (giving guests notice to arriving contractors is definitely a good idea).
