Another great stay at Magnolia House!

My husband and I recently stayed several nights at Magnolia House and we couldn't be happier. Jen is an amazing host who has taken care of every detail, from comfortable bedding/linens to a well-stocked kitchen to the most relaxing and well appointed lanai. It happened to be too cold to enjoy the pool but the hot tub was a great treat. The house feels luxurious and the location is perfect for us. The garage is stocked with any beach gear you'd need. Jen really has thought of everything and we appreciate how easy it is to arrive and begin to relax in this beautiful home!

Wonderful Stay in Sarasota

Our family had a great stay at the Magnolia House!!! Jen was a pleasure to work with, and the house was very clean, comfortable and well located. We had everything we needed for a perfect home away from home: a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, beach chairs and towels, pickleball paddles and balls, and well functioning appliances and laundry equipment. We would not hesitate to return if our travels bring us back to Sarasota.

We had a great time at this home. It has all the best amenities in the kitchen, pool and extras for going to the beach. We loved the location in Sarasota. The weather was just amazing in April as well.

We visit Sarasota every year for a week with our 3 children. This home was just perfect. Spotless clean, comfortable furniture, great location. The home was by far the best stocked rental we have visited. Very happy with our stay, definitely recommend this one!

Great home and location!

We had a great stay at the Magnolia house! It was very clean, modern and well appointed, including nice touches like coffee, easy labeling, local recommendations and all the kitchen items you need to feel comfortable and at home. In addition, the location is great, just minutes from the beach, downtown Sarasota, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!

Beautiful House and Location

The house was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The pool was well maintained, the quality and comfortability of the home was impressive. The pictures do not do its justice! I’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and the host at this one has been exceptional. Her responsiveness to any questions we had, everything in the home is clearly labeled and her suggestions on where to eat and what to do while in town helped greatly. We can not wait to stay again. My wife and our three daughters loved this house. The house has everything you could possibly need - from pool toys to beach gear. Also, everything is labeled at the home and is very organized which we really appreciated. The access to downtown and other dinner spots is great. We look forward to coming back to this property again!

Amazing home

Magnolia House is the perfect place to stay. It’s close to great restaurants and the beach. The house is meticulously maintained and very clean. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a trip to the beach. The pool, hot tub and electronic game table were all a huge hit with the kids. Jen was amazing to work with and very responsive. This was our second stay and highly recommend Magnolia House.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed at the Magnolia House for a family vacation! It was absolutely perfect! The house is decorated beautifully, so clean and organized and had everything we needed to feel comfortable! The pool and hot tub provided great entertainment for our kids, as well as the gaming table! The house is in the perfect location to all the beaches, restaurants and stores. Jen was very easy to communicate with and checked in several times to see if we needed anything! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this gorgeous house. The entire house was beautiful, clean, comfortable to live in, organized and highly stocked with everything you need for inside, outside and the beach! The spa was so nice to relax in the evening after a fun day of adventures. The house was located as a quick drive to the beach and anything else you need within minutes. Jen was proactive in her communication with us, making everything easy and she had a great booklet full of information/recommendations for anything you needed.

AMAZING House!!!

We absolutely loved this place! The house was just amazing! The host was very good at communicating and making sure we were good with everything! We would definitely stay here again. There are some restaurants within walking distance and grocery store was also within walking distance. To a of restaurants winning 10-15 minutes. The siesta key beach was the best beach! Bricks Smoked Meats restless our absolute favorite restaurant about ten or so minutes away! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Even better than the photos!

What a beautiful home! We had a wonderful time here! The house was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and every detail seemed to be considered—from the art on the walls to the little pins above each doorframe to pop open the security locks if they accidentally got pushed. (We didn’t have to use but I imagine guests with children would be happy those were there!) Pool, spa and beach gear were perfect and elevated our stay from great to unforgettable! The host Jen was fabulous too. Thank you!

Exactly as described!

Jen made our stay so wonderful. She was quick to respond when we had questions. The home was clean and so well thought out. Jen has everything covered, down to shampoo in the shower and hand lotion at the kitchen sink! You will not be disappointed in renting this home. Jen and her team are amazing. We will stay at her home again. Go Orioles!
