The Space:

Welcome to your dream escape on Lido Key. This extraordinary dual-home estate combines two stunning residences—Shore Thing and Endless Summer—into one unforgettable coastal retreat. Together, these homes offer nearly 6,600 square feet of beautifully appointed interior living space and expansive outdoor entertainment areas. With two resort-style saltwater pools, oversized spas, lush landscaping, multiple balconies, and rooftop decks featuring sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and downtown Sarasota, the estate creates an atmosphere of luxurious serenity and convenience.



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

Each home offers parking for up to four vehicles, with two spaces covered and two in the driveway, providing a combined total of eight spaces for guest use. The ground-level outdoor areas of each home are fully fenced and designed for recreation and relaxation. One backyard features an oversized heated saltwater pool with a sun shelf, water slide, LED lighting, and spa. The second home’s backyard includes another resort-style pool with a built-in swim-up bar and submerged stools beside a privacy wall. Both pools are surrounded by lush native landscaping that ensures both privacy and natural beauty.



These backyards also offer shaded covered patios furnished with plush seating, outdoor dining spaces (with seating for six and eight, respectively), smart TVs, natural gas grills, ping pong tables, outdoor connect 4 games, ceiling fans for added comfort, and dry bars with beverage refrigerators. A shared gate connects both backyards, creating a sense of unity while preserving individual privacy. For beach days, each home is stocked with essentials including two beach wagons, two coolers, six beach chairs, and four bikes—providing a total of four wagons, four coolers, twelve chairs, and eight bikes. Each patio also includes an exterior refrigerator and deep freezer for storing beverages, snacks, and ice, ensuring convenient access throughout the day. Guests enter through private foyers in each home, where staircases and elevators lead to all upper levels.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

In the Home A, the first living level features an open-concept Great Room with a spacious chef’s kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances including a full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, wall-mounted double ovens, an oversized cooktop with vent hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and a dishwasher. The kitchen island seats six guests, and the adjacent custom dining table comfortably accommodates eight more. The living area includes a large smart TV and opens to a balcony with additional outdoor dining for six and soft seating. This level includes three bedrooms. Bedrooms, three and four each feature king beds, private balconies, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom six is a bunk room with two custom-built bunk beds—one full-over-full and one twin-over-twin—along with an en-suite bathroom offering a shower/tub combo and vanity. This floor also includes a laundry room with two stackable washer/dryer units and a conveniently located half bathroom.



Home B mirrors that of its sister property. The kitchen includes the same array of upscale appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and utensils. A dining table for eight and bar seating for six make meal gatherings effortless. The living space is thoughtfully furnished and opens to a balcony with more seating and coastal views. Bedroom three features a king bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom four offers a king bed and another en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom in this home is also a bunk room, outfitted with two full-over-full bunks and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. A laundry area with washer and dryer and a half bath completes this floor.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

The third floor in each home offers luxurious bedroom accommodations and fun-filled entertainment areas. In Home A, guests can enjoy a stylish club room that includes a wet bar, beverage refrigerator, large smart TV, foosball table, and Nintendo Switch gaming console. This space opens to a spacious balcony with additional seating and spiral stairs leading to the rooftop deck.This level features three bedrooms. The first master bedroom includes a king bed, balcony access, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second master bedroom offers a king bed, balcony access, and a spa-style en-suite bath with a large shower and double vanities. The fifth bedroom includes a king bed, balcony access, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.



In Home B, the third floor includes a similar club room, enhanced with retro arcade games such as Pac-Man and Galaga. A full bathroom services the club room space. This home’s master suite features a king bed, seating area, balcony with rooftop access, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and spacious shower. Bedrooms, two and five each include a king bed, balcony access, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.



The Third Level of Living & Rooftop Deck (4th Floor):

The rooftop decks at both homes are showstoppers. Elevated above the treetops, they provide sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, St. Armands Circle, downtown Sarasota, and the coastline of Lido Key. These rooftop oases are each furnished with soft seating, sunset bar-top dining areas, umbrellas for sun protection, and smart TVs for open-air entertainment.

Directly beneath each rooftop, the club rooms provide convenient support with dry bars, beverage refrigerators, half bathrooms, and more comfortable seating areas—perfect for early morning coffees or evening cocktails. The rooftop spaces are accessed via spiral staircases and offer an unforgettable vantage point for sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing alike.



Getting Around:

These luxury homes on Lido Key have an unbeatable location, just steps from the world renown white sand beaches of Lido Key, and just a short walk or bike ride to St. Armand's Circle where you'll have access to Lido Key's best restaurants, shops, entertainment, and more! There is something for everyone in St. Armand's Circle, from arcades and restaurants to high end retail, and it's always a guest favorite. You're also just a quick drive or Uber to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, as well as more fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando, are all just within 30 minutes to 2 hours away!



Other Things to Note:

This Per City of Sarasota’s Rental Ordinance - These homes must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights, and it has a max occupancy of 24 adults, *but children under 12 years of age do not count toward the City’s max occupancy count. Vunique Vacations restricts the total occupancy of the home to 32 persons, including adults and children under 6 years of age.
