Beautiful, newly furnished, spacious Sarasota home. Only 12 min drive to Siesta Key beach. 25 min from Sarasota airport and 15 min from downtown. 20 minutes to st. Armand circle and Lido beach. Central location near shops (Publix, CVS, Walmart), gas stations and restaurants. Peaceful and clean community. Large pool with grill, hot tub and patio seating. You will definitely have a memorable vacation during your stay here. Only one booking allowed per 30 day period.

Wonderful Property! Great Neighborhood!

Our family of 8 had an incredible stay at this Bee Ridge home! The pool and hot tub were a highlight for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals at the house. The layout of the home provided an incredibly spacious environment and allowed everyone to have their own space. Siesta Key and Lido beach were a short drive and we were able to utilize the beach chairs and umbrella that were at the house. The neighborhood was quiet and felt extremely safe. The host Tiba was superb! She was very friendly and communicative before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this home and would stay again when we return to Sarasota!

Fantastic property!!

We had an amazing stay at this property all around. So much space for all of our family to spread out. The pool and hot tub were so clean and relaxing. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and amenities were above our expectations. The communication with the owner was great and she was so quick to respond to all our questions. Will definitely look to stay there again if we make it back to the area. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Home!

Loved the space in this home. Plenty of room for our family and friends! Clean! Stocked kitchen was nice as we ate at the house most of the time we were there for the 6 nights. Highly recommend this home! Nice neighborhood as well.

Excellent Property, Location, Neighborhood, and Pool!

We have stayed at a few vacation rentals and this by far is my FAVORITE! Literally everything you want in a stay! Starting with the neighborhood, it's super quiet and feels safe (which is alway a big concern for me) You are close to restaurants, Publix and gas stations. Siesta Key Beach is only 12-15 minutes away. The house itself is so comfortable, it was 7 of us who stayed in the home- 3 couples and my younger sister. The house is so spacious that it feels like you have your own little spot at all times. The pool is a perfect temperature and I will say out of the 3 nights that we spent here, 70% of every day was spent in the pool. Lastly, one of the most important things to me when staying somewhere away from my home is the bed where I will sleep at night. So many vacation rentals we have stayed at lack in a comfortable bed- I myself am a big girl and firmer beds are super important to me, as the super soft mattresses make me sink and I sometimes have had to sleep on the floor. The master bedroom's king size bed was firm enough to keep me comfortable but soft enough to hug you and make you feel as if you were sleeping on a cloud. It was honestly a perfect night's sleep. I had a few questions for the host Tiba and she was super communicative and helpful. The owner's had very good attention to detail. I would rate this stay a 10/10. We look forward to returning and booking again next year :)
