Specious and renovated 2 bed 2 bath house

Hello and thank you for visiting our listing of our freshly renovated house with brand new kitchen and new bathrooms!

When you stay here you'll get a sense of a friendly quiet laid-back feeling in this nice house and neighborhood.

When you walk in, you will immediately see how spacious it is. You have plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this lovely environment.

This rental house is freshly renovated, and both baths are new along with a brand new kitchen.

The new kitchen is equipped with everything at your fingertips to prepare delicious meals and enjoy your meals in the beautiful eating area.

This rental sleeps 6 people comfortably.
The larger spacious bedroom has 2 queen size beds in it.

You'll notice throughout the house how the quality is. The color selections are attractive from floor to ceiling!

When you walk out on the back porch, you'll see inviting outdoor furniture and a good size yard for your doggie to romp around in.

You can sit on the outdoor furniture, serve dinner outside and enjoy the gorgeous weather with your loved ones!

This rental house is less than 10 minutes to the world famous Siesta Keys Beach - ranked # 1 this year on TripAdvisor!

If you would like to take a stroll, you're about 1-2 minutes walking distance to the famous Walt's Fish House. Their food is delicious. They have an outdoor bar too.

If you stay here, you will feel right at home.
Plus, you will be just a short distance to everything including shopping, dining sightseeing and being at Siesta Keys Beach.

Absolutely loved this property, stayed there for 26 days and everything from paying to communicating with them to leaving was easy peasy. The house had everything you needed. Neighborhood was perfect, close to the beach, bed was comfy. Me and my kids really enjoyed your home thank you for everything.

Great Stay!

Great location. Quaint little house, spacious enough for a family of 5. 10-13 mins away from the beach with a car, depending on traffic. Communication with the host was also prompt and responsive. Would stay again!

Close to everything!

This house is beautiful! Had a feeling of home as soon as we walked in. Gated yard for my doggie and he loved it! Quiet street with everything at your fingertips(beach, restaurants, stores)! Neighbors were very friendly and felt very safe and at home. Andy, thank you for all of your quick responses and I will definitely let all of my family and friends know about your house. Great spot

Cozy, clean and convenient vacation home

My family of 5 and I stayed last week and had a great time. The home is spacious and well appointed. The fenced back yard was private and having the grill was so convenient.! The laundry is located in a shed in the backyard and it was nice to sit out and read while waiting for it. The home is centrally located and we were able to walk to restaurants and used both Siesta Key and Lido beaches. There are 3 sets of French doors that really opened up the space even more. We were recommend this home and may use it again!

Beautiful Newly Renovated Sarasota Rental

We had a wonderful week at this beautifully decorated Sarasota rental. Everything is brand new and immaculately clean. We were impressed that it actually was bigger/more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Great location. We enjoyed being so close to Walt's Fish Market, Trader Joe's and Publix as well as a quick drive to Siesta Beach. Very responsive owner who answered all my questions within minutes. I definitely recommend staying here.

The place to stay!!!!!

Beautiful house an location, nice big deck out back, really clean kitchen, everything works.I’d definitely recommend to everybody, good host response quick. Only thing we didn’t like was, there is an apartment right beside the house, awesome place!!

Great place for family and friends.

We're so glad we stayed here. We appreciated this lovely rental house. Everything you mentioned on the listing was what we experienced, and even more! When we arrived, we could feel the serenity in the neighborhood. When we walked into the house we could really see the spaciousness of it. The kitchen is great because there was plenty of room for us chop vegetables, make, eat and enjoy meals together in. The kitchen indeed is brand new and spotless. The whole house is new, spotless, and modern. We can tell it is completely well kept. That ment so much to us. Thank you! We also enjoyed the big deck, the outdoor furniture, and the nice gas barbecue grill. We had two choices of where we wanted to make meals. It was really nice dining outside on the deck. Having a washer and dryer just off the deck came in handy for us. It was great! The couches were really comfortable to lounge on and stretch out on. We were glad that there are two of them. The environment felt even more spacious. The new bathrooms are so inviting. I like that they're right off the bedrooms. There were plenty of fresh clean towels in both bathrooms! The bedrooms are both beautiful. It felt so cozy sleeping in them. The bedding was immaculate and pretty, and the beds themselves were super comfortable! There were plenty of blankets for extra guests and for chillier evenings. It was great having some of our family come here so we can all be together. They could stay overnight because there's plenty of room and three queen size beds. We enjoyed dining out too. Walt's Fish Market is a few minutes walking distance from where we stayed. It was really tasty food and the people were so nice. Being able to be only a ten minute ride to Siesta Key Beach and all the activities to do within ten minutes drive was just so fun every day! Yes, we would definitely enjoy coming back to stay here when we're visiting with our relatives! Thank you Andy for your hospitality!
