Welcome to this recently renovated 1,700 sq. ft. home featuring three spacious bedrooms, each with large closets and extra linens and blankets.
The master bedroom includes a queen-size electric bed, a bunk bed (full and twin), and a brand-new en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a new king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a bookshelf for some relaxing reading, and is located next to the second bathroom.
The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, a bookshelf with additional books, and is also adjacent to the second bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with large wall-mounted TVs.
The master bathroom is spacious, with a glass-enclosed shower and a convenient bench for sitting while drying off or getting ready.
It also features double sinks with backlit mirrors, two linen closets stocked with fresh towels and washcloths, and a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite music, podcasts, or news.
The second bathroom includes a shower and bathtub.
The living room is perfect for cozy evenings with two large sofas, a chaise lounge, an electric fireplace, and a 75” TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, an air fryer, blender, and popcorn machine. Coffee lovers will find both Keurig pods and drip coffee available.
For breakfast, we provide butter, jam, honey, and brioche bread.
You’ll also find sugar, salt, Splenda, oil, and other cooking essentials. If you’re missing anything, just let us know and we’ll have it ready for your arrival.
A large dining table seats up to eight, with additional folding chairs available.
There’s a second living area with a sofa bed (for a possible ninth guest), a wall-mounted TV, and board games like Monopoly and more.
A third bathroom includes a sink and toilet, and the laundry room has both a washer and dryer.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious lounge area with sofas, armchairs, a wall-mounted TV, and a large refrigerator.
The backyard is expansive and features a 9-foot-deep unheated saltwater pool, a large dining table under a big umbrella, and a Weber grill with all accessories provided.
Relax on the lounge chairs, play cornhole, or unwind at the wet bar with stools, a refrigerator, and a big-screen TV (perfect for watching the NBA Finals).
A fourth full bathroom is nearby, air-conditioned, and stocked with all your beach essentials.
You're just minutes from Siesta Key Beach, 2 minutes from Publix or Detwiller Farm Market, plenty of restaurants and bars, and a short distance from downtown. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, and the neighbors are wonderful people, which is why we don't allow parties or loud music. You'll have everything you need to cook at home, including an outdoor grill, and no one will disturb you.
you're on vacation...finally. Guest Age: Guests must be 25 or older to book. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.
Unauthorized Guests: The property may not be occupied by more guests than listed on the reservation.
Pets: not allowed unless approved by the host prior to booking.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors (this is a peaceful residential area).
If police are called due to noise complaints, eviction without refund may occur.
All guests must respect the host’s good neighbor policy and refrain from any illegal activity.
Please treat our home as your own. Any damage or loss will be charged as an additional fee or deducted from the security deposit (if booked through other platforms). Report any damage immediately.
During windy weather, please close umbrellas to prevent damage.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in all outdoor areas, including the courtyard and terrace.
Pool Maintenance: A pool technician visits every Wednesday for cleaning and maintenance.

Pool Waiver and Safety Notice
By renting this property, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the host from any liability for injury to yourself or any guests arising from use of the pool. You acknowledge that swimming and activities around the pool involve inherent risks of injury. All guests use the pool at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their safety and that of their children or visitors. This release applies to all guests and their invitees and includes any injury or damage, whether directly or indirectly related to pool use.
Precautions:
Guests agree to take reasonable precautions to ensure pool safety, including blocking access when unsupervised.
Anyone unable to swim must wear a proper life jacket.
Repairs:
Report any defects or maintenance issues immediately. All necessary repairs are covered by the host. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the pool, equipment, or surrounding area.
Indemnification:
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any loss, damage, or liability resulting from pool use.
Unsupervised Use:
The host does not provide supervision. Guests are solely responsible for monitoring all pool users.
Children or non-swimmers may not use the pool without adult supervision.
Violations:
Any violation of this agreement constitutes a breach of the rental terms and may result in suspension of pool access and/or eviction.
Governing Law:
This waiver is governed by the same laws outlined in the Rental Agreement.
