Questa meravigliosa casa con piscina si trova nel cuore di Sarasota, a pochi minuti dalla famosa Siesta Key Beach! Sei a pochi passi da molti ristoranti e negozi favolosi. Sarasota è nota per tutte le sue attività culturali e c'è qualcosa di nuovo ed eccitante in corso ogni giorno della settimana!

Questa meravigliosa casa offre 4 rilassanti camere da letto e 3 bagni scintillanti, c'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale nella camera familiare. La camera da letto principale ha un lussuoso letto king-size e porte a scomparsa che si aprono su un ampio bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size nella lavanderia e due televisori a schermo piatto da 46 'nel soggiorno e una camera familiare separata nel caso in cui due gruppi desiderino guardare spettacoli diversi. Per chi ha bambini piccoli, offriamo un gioco da ragazzi e un seggiolone senza costi aggiuntivi!

Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può essere allungato e ha sedie extra per 10 persone.

C'è un grande lanai per intrattenere insieme alla scintillante piscina riscaldata che ha una recinzione di sicurezza per bambini e tutto questo è nella privacy del tuo cortile recintato!

Our stay at the beach

The house is very nice,big and well equipped with everything you need .also very located to all stores and restaurants. Also to get to the beaches , it takes around 18 minutes to lido and siesta beach. There was only 2 issues with the house. The master bedroom shower does not give hot water.also the lani need to be cleaned from the web.we did enjoy our stay .

Birthday celebration

We enjoyed the location as it was close to restaurants, shopping, the Legacy Trail, and if course the beach. The house was spacious enough to accommodate the individuals that spent the week with us. Would we return? Yes we would.

Superb property, location & amenities

We have rented several VRBO's over the years and this property was very well represented in the listing. For us, it is most challenging to determine whether a property is really (really) clean just by looking at the photos. We were delighted at how clean the house was prior to our arrival and how well stocked it was with supplies. Additionally, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed...and more. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was very clean and perfectly sized. The location was quiet yet walking distance to groceries, Walgreens, Starbucks and beautiful neighborhoods to walk through. Yvonne was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return in the future.

Property was very clean and as presented. Pool was a relaxing spot. Great layout for our group of six siblings traveling together due to death in our family. Owner was very responsive and accommodated our need for a late checkout. Would highly recommend.

Just Fabulous!

Can't say enough great things about this property and my communications with Yvonne. The house is BEAUTIFUL and immaculate. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a big bonus and we enjoyed it as much as the beach. Home and pool are fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need--just add food and people! Great place to stay for our family! We loved it!

Yvonne was great to work with and always was prompt to answer any questions we had. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here and it fit our family great. We especially appreciated the fact that there was beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided at the property for when we visited the nearby beaches. Great place to stay!

Pleasant Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our 3rd winter stay at Sarasota Sandpiper. We like the location in the Forest Lake subdivision close to I-75 for traveling to nearby attractions and vacation communities, yet just a short drive to Siesta Key and other beaches. On those warm, sunny days, it was great having the option to relax in/around the pool, which was serviced regularly. The owners maintain and continue to make improvements (landscaping, new fencing, keyless entry) and upgrades to the property. Yvonne is easy to contact, and any issues are readily resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Family Vacation 2021

We had the pleasure of staying at the Sarasota Sandpiper in June of 2021 and it was the perfect home for us!!! We loved the layout of the house - providing two separate living spaces with TVs, three bedrooms on one side of the house and the master on the other, centralized kitchen, three full bathrooms, two big dinning tables (one inside and one outside). The house was fully stocked with everything that we needed - when we arrived we were able to walk right in and continue life as normal (after a quick trip to the local grocery store that was right across the street). The house was in a family friendly neighborhood and very conveniently located between Siesta Key Beach and Lido Beach/St. Armand's Circle. We would gladly stay at this home again!

very nice property for a larger group

The house was perfect for our stay. The layout of the home makes it workable to a larger family while affording privacy. The exterior and lawn need help but the inside is great. The pool is one of the cleanest and perfectly heated pools we have rented. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Property was unkempt needs a lot of maintenance. Cleaned and moved junk first 2 days of stay. Yard was overgrown and came with snake family hiding in brush. Fence has large gaps and Was not good for pets. Mouse traps all over house. Master bed not attached to headboard and on wheels. Fell several times fortunately not serious. Pocket doors stuck from bath to bedroom so not private. Never again!!

2nd Winter Getaway at Sarasota Sandpiper

As expected, we entered a freshly cleaned, inviting home in good order. We liked the new set of compact recliners that were added to the family room! A new table/chairs for 8 replaced an older one on the lanai. We’ve rented several vacation homes, but none have had the fully equipped kitchen and other thoughtful amenities for quests as this one. For example, the complimentary starter travel sized toiletries in all the baths is really nice for guests until their initial shopping trip. Yvonne is personable and easy to reach. Any issues we had were resolved to our satisfaction. We have friends that live/winter in the Sarasota area and this home is a great place to entertain/gather. Close to beaches, neighboring beach communities, and I-75. Not to mention a lanai with private pool!

Great Christmas vacation

We enjoyed our Christmas vacation at the Sarasota Sandpiper!! This was our first time renting a house and was a little nervous, but i would definitely stay here again. The house was bigger than I expected and had Plenty of room for the whole family. When arrived Yvonne let us know there was a bad temp sensor on the pool heater and a repairman would be out to take care of it. By the next morning the kids were swimming and having a great time.
