Hotel a Sargent

“Room was grest and the guy that checked me in was excellent. ”

“ I do a lot of traveling. I don't understand why some cheaper hotels insist on pushing people out for their convenience of cleaning after we pay $75 for barely 12hrs of time without being disturbed several times in the morning starting before 9am knocking on doors and calling rooms. What has happened to customer service? Travelers don't want consecutive morning reminders that check out is 11am. When I didn't answer the room service because I was half asleep when they knocked they actually opened...

“The wifi is inconsistent. The lost connections make it impossible to watch TV more than 15 or so min at a time then the TV would reset. This was not a TV issue - it was the connectivity. There have been hardware updates that make the rooms look nicer, but the building is old. The staff was helpful when I interacted with them, but there was no housekeeping the week and a half I was there. The guests were loud and smoked a lot. There is a lot of police activity in the area. ”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are pristine with comfortable beds. Love the breakfast burritos and bistro burgers. I have stayed at the Courtyard Carrollton several times and it is a reflection of how great Carrollton is as a city. ”
