We were in a corner room overlooking the intersection so it was a little loud but they thoughtfully provided a white noise gadget that really helped! I like the double blinds that keep the light out too. Very friendly staff and we easily found parking nearby on the street. Their recommendations for food nearby are good but there’s also Creekwood for weekend brunch or dinner. Excellent! Just down Sacramento… ”

“We had a great stay at this hotel it was close to the Greek Theater. The bed was comfortable the balcony was a nice touch. They don’t have their own parking and you can’t stay in the parking lot that belongs to the grocery store next door. We still managed to find good parking close and the car was safe. Were definitely going to stay here again!”

At a great central location - near 12th/oakland Bart stop, food, coffee, and a Walgreens within 10 minute walk. It can seem a little dicey at night so I wouldn’t recommend wandering the streets then.

“Beds were vwry comfortable and pillows. Very clean and courteous staff. We had one issue with the ac but they were on top of fixing it very quickly.8 Breakfast was good and they had alot of options. Property was very safe and security was 24-7 on the streets. Very close to the bart transportation. ”

Although no breakfast provided and no microwave, it’s easy to find a place to eat in a walking distance. With this price in Oakland Broadway, this is a nice place to stay. I will stay in this place next time when I come to Oakland. ”
