“I am so great full for the staff here. My daughter left a very personal and sentimental item at the hotel and we didn’t realize until after we got back to New York. The staff located the item, is keeping it safe and mailing it back to us! Thank you soo soo much! ”

“The room was nice . If you bring a Amazon Firestick or anything to hook to your TV they no longer provide wifi for your television. The Hot Tub in the pool are was Luke Warm at Best and the Breakfast Buffet was SubPar. Both the eggs and potatoes were loaded with red and green peppers which I assume not everyone likes , I know I don't. There is much better places to stay in Shakopee so I won't be going back to Americinn ”

“All the activities you could want and then some. Staff was friendly. My kids had a blast, heck, even I (Dad) had fun. Rooms were nice, quiet, and clean. The water in the water park was nice and warm, good for the kids to play for hours. Lots of people, but that was expected. Staff does a good job managing crowds and keeping things moving.
