“Since it’s a newly built hotel, the exterior is very clean, but there are still some areas that need improvement 1. Although it is actually a non-smoking room, it was listed as a smoking room at the time of booking. I contacted both the Expedia customers center and the hotel, but the issue was not corrected. 2. The room I was assigned had not been mopped at all, the trash can hadn’t been emptied, and the bedding still bore traces of the previous guest. Although I was given a different room,...
