“No issues. I love the Avid (IHG) brand and usually try to find one wherever I am traveling. So far, never a bad experience including this last stay in Savannah.”

“I had booked 2 normal rooms with King bed, but I was assigned both "Accessible" rooms that was never requested for. Secondly, the room had such a bad odor when we checked in. The odor was only half gone after running the AC an entire night. The website mentioned Parking is Included in my booking, but I was charged 12$ for self parking. The staff sounded pretty frustrated to answer question about additional charges that was not mentioned in the website. Otherwise the room was clean and...

“Tutto nella norma, ma abbiamo riscontrato la porta del bagno non funzionante, nel senso che si incastrava e aveva una maniglia con dei chiodi che uscivano fuori anche pericolosi infatti mi sono tagliato”
