“Dopo un inizio a stento primi due giorni in cui ci hanno detto che loro facevano solo cambio biancheria bagno e nessuna pulizia della camera, hanno corretto il tiro e pulito ogni giorno come è normale che sia. Colazione sufficiente, zona buona e ordinata un po’ lontana da zona parchi. ”

“Overall, the stay was good, but there are several areas that need improvement. It should be made clear that breakfast is not included. The brunch offered is not worth the price, as there is not enough variety. The arcade room needs to be larger so that children can truly enjoy it. The variety of pools is a positive aspect, but the distances between them are too long. Since many employees were constantly driving golf carts around the property, they could have offered shuttle rides to guests....

“Ground level. Balcony was tiny to tiny to sit on and woods come up to it. The room had ants. Furniture was old. No plug access near beds for electronics. Bathroom was old. Toilet paper roll was far from toilet closer to shower. Had coffee in room but cups were too high to reach. Tv was very small. Tried calling office but no answer. AC vents were very dirty. On check in and check out , desk clerk was very nice. Bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet.”

“What a fabulous resort!!! Welcoming from the time we arrived! The pool area is fantastic and amenities nearby, sunset walk has so many restaurants and different things going on everynight. Lots of other restaurant choices nearby as well 5-7 min drive from the hotel! Lots of shopping close by as well! Honestly I’m so glad I chose this resort! The staff were all wonderful and helpful! “The 2bd Villa was spacious and came with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were a little firm but nothing unbearable. We were super excited about the pool but we had experienced a midday severe storm (typical FL) & had to wait it out. By the time the pool re-opened, the water was super warm but had lots of mulch and leaves but that didn’t bother the kids at all. Overall, we had a great time and I definitely look forward to booking here again!”
