“Good parking. Great staff. Only issue was flushing the toilette. Likley an isolate and temp problem. Handy beside hiway and Chuck's Roadhouse ”

“TV and entertainment options dated/ limited. Great view of Lake Ontario. 5 minute drive to St. Catharines. Close to a gas station and the QEW.”

“The room was a king suite with kitchen, well equipped. The central heating was a bit noisy and bother me overnight. Also they did not clean up the room on Saturday. Everything else was OK.”

“Staff are rude, took 45 min for someone to come fix our tv the first night and we had to tell him to not be so rude. Second night tv didn't work again so had to wait again for it to be fixed. Would t answer the phone when we called the front desk. Holes in the wall beside where the ac is so you can hear everything from outside. Towels are toddler sized. Say they are dog friendly but they are not!! ”
