“Für eine Nacht absolut ok, Automaten Check-In problemlos, allerdings funktionierte die Karte in der Nacht nicht mehr und die Option eine neue Karte zu erstellen funktionierte auch nicht. Dafür hat die Hotline bestens funktioniert, keine lange Wartezeit am Telefon und neue Karte erstellt.”

“Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war einfach großartig : frisch, vielfältig und mit viel Herz serviert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Ein Hotel, das man unbedingt weiterempfehlen muss!”

“Buon albergo in stile tedesco, un po' antiquato. Buon ristorante, manca l'ascensore e l'aria condizionata. Faceva molto caldo... Vicinissimo ala ferrovia, ma dalle nostre stanze non si sentiva nulla. Nel complesso buono.”

“Wir sind sind da angekommen und wir würde den ersten Stock gesagt aber kein Zimmer Nummer geteilt , und dann entlich eine Zimmer entdeckt aber nicht die Richtige....Sonst ok.”

“The staff of the reception was very kind, attentive, immediate action and ready to help with any question we had. For example at the checkin we asked for an iron and when we went to our room, the iron was there already. The staff during the breakfast was also very nice. The food was good. It is a good location. We were able to go for a nice walk + many facilities nearby. We have already plan to go back to the hotel next year. We hope in the future there will be a little fridge and a kettle...

“Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all.”
