“This place is stunningly beautiful - I just want to say that I did arrive early to drop my luggage and had a very strange experience with an unfriendly cleaner. But other than that incredible. If you’re dropping luggage early I would suggest just dropping in the foyer rather than going looking for staff. ”

If you have big and heavy bags you should contact hotel staff to arrange transport for you from Taipei so the driver can communicate with hotel staff to go on the ideal route and minimize the hill and or stairs for moving the belongings. The amount for the transport is equivalent to Tripool and Uber”
