“While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff.”

“The property was well maintained, the staff very friendly. The rooms were clean and very spacious. My only compaint was breakfast was short staffed. There is a $10 parking fee. All in all I would definately stay here again!”

“The hotel is an older building, but is very conveniently located in Charleston West Virginia. The rooms are very clean. The front desk staff are wonderful and the morning breakfast is better than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed and that’s a no joke.”

“Truly a hidden gem! If you're looking for somewhere to lay your head for the evening thats clean and cheap, you've found it! I didnt get her name but the woman at the front desk was lovely and very kind and breakfast came included for under $80. Unbelievable value. The best part? They have 2 cats on property! And they're awesome! Very friendly and very cute. Thanks again for a great night's sleep! Ill definitely be back when im in town! Incredible value!”
