“Ran out of towels our second day had to launder the towels ourselves ”

“Unfortunately, the pictures do not accurately represent the property. Our room was not clean - we did contact the front desk and they willingly allowed us to move to a new (cleaner) room. The new room was cleaner, however then we had issues with the keys - our keys didn't work, the staff member's master keys didn't work, and one more set that was tried didn't work. It all worked out and we had an ok stay, but unfortuantely, if I am being honest, I can't recommend a stay here. ”

“This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping. “Mirror was so dirty in bathroom I had to clean it to see anything. Was able to get an early check in which was much appreciated for a wedding we were attending. Heard hot tub had green slim around the entrance so didn’t even try it.”

The rooms are ideal for extended stays. Even the standard rooms have equipped kitchenettes with stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave.
