“When I arrived, there was no staff there. Access is via a long, steep staircase, with no elevator. I had 2 heavy bags to drag up the stairs by myself. The next day, the manager did help me carry items to my car, and the night before I left she took my suitcase down the stairs. The hotel has no ice machine and no mini fridge in the room. “The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy”
