“The room was clean and the temperature was easy to control. Blackout curtains helped us sleep. The staff was so helpful and checking in and out was a breeze--under 5 minutes. The pool was closed for renovations, but it wasn't a big deal for us. There is plenty of free parking and the buffet breakfast had a variety of good food. ”

“The hot tub was completely empty with no warning signs or barriers around it, which felt like a serious safety hazard—someone could easily have fallen in. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told it had been out of service for at least three months, which makes it even more concerning that nothing has been done to secure or clearly mark the area. The walls are extremely thin, so noise travels easily and makes it hard to relax. On top of that, the shower felt unstable—standing in it...

“The room was huge and well decorated with a fresh vibe. The staff were all personable and well trained. When we had a strange problem with hot water in our shower, the staff were attentive to our inconvenience and generous in making it easy to overlook. ”

“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”
