Hotel vicino a Science Center North - Sudbury

“I had a Queen room booked and was given two double beds, when I showed my reservation from expedited to the man at the desk he said it was because I booked through expedited and they didn’t have any other room available for us. My husband and I each got our own bed which I guess wasn’t so bad but I did find the beds not very comfortable. Carpets definitely need to be changed. ”

“Clean, tidy rooms. Property was recently renovated and has been well cared for. Staff is very attentive and breakfast was fresh, plentiful and area was clean. Bed was comfortable and on the side of firm. ”

“Found a live cockroach crawling on the shoulder of the chair that I was sitting at the time. I killed the cockroach and showed it to the staff. Nothing further was done or said about my concerns over the experience. ”

“Was a rough stay to start the stay off with a big winter storm. Hotel definitely was not equipped with snow removal equipment. Multiple cars stuck in parking lot and a snowblower didn’t even show up till 4pm. Side doors were not shovelled well at all and it’s a good thing an ambulance did not have to come to the property as there is no way it would have got in. Customers safety has to come first but we were made to feel as though it did not matter. Surprised how hotels ran considering it is...

“This is not somewhere you would go if you're looking for a higher end motel. Its a bare minimum type of place, right down to the single ply toilet paper. Its definitely in need of some updating.”
