“You get what you pay for - if you're just looking for a clean place to stay, they've got it covered for a good value (although they are currently undergoing a lot of renovations, so the common areas are a bit messier than the rooms). Not particularly convenient to anything, but parking is pretty cheap compared to other areas of Stamford. The team was very cheerful and helpful throughout check-in and our stay.”

When we booked, no one mentioned that the entire floor and amenities had been reserved out by a private group for Shabbos which completely ruined our weekend. “The hotel is in a very convenient location and was a decent value. The staff was generally pleasant and responsive. Hotels are surprisingly expensive in the Norwalk / Stamford area so shopping for a deal is critical. At this price point through Expedia breakfast was NOT included, so a hotel that includes breakfast may be a better value. “This hotel is a disaster ! It was a false advertisement on how the hotel really looks . The room was very very outdated and the air conditioner did not work in the bedroom . The smell was overbearing with roach spray ….. We went up to the room and attempted to stay but we were unable to make it work . The front desk said they had another room but my wife said absolutely not ! The receptionist said he was going to cancel the reservation and not to worry that the charges were going to be removed...
