“The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and well prepared. The room and grounds were well maintained.”

“My children immediately complained about the stale, musty odor. One is very sensitive to mold and was having some problems. They commented that it smelled like a nursing home. My room was spacious as was the bathroom. The air conditioner/heater had some sort of bags put in it (3 I think) to try to improve the smell. The breakfast was nice, with an attendant bringing fresh cooked foods often. ”

“Room seemed upgraded, bathroom had safety bars, room was cleaned well. Soundproof windows made the room absolutely quiet even while facing the freeway. The supermarket next door makes it easy to get a food on the go or to bring to the room, if desired; the refrigarator is for real cold rather for show. The hotel is perfect for a short stay - it is affordable, conveniently located, no thrill accomodations for a short business trip or family visit”

“No mention of breakfast. The room was dirty with foot prints on the wall. The tub was dirty and there was no toliet paper there. The remote control was missing a button and the ceiling had red stain on it. The room was overall unclean.”

“I didn’t like the fact that house keeping came to clean the room and there was a stain on the bed and they did change the sheets and the breakfast was cold and dry.. and there was only pork products not everyone eat pork I will NOT be booking again or recommending to family or friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I don't think they had laundry machines there. My room was serviced everyday, and the price was perfect. Well maintained and orderly there. Lots of forgin guest. Will absolutely stay again ”
