“Hotel needs work; room was stuffy, bathroom sprinkler had rust, elevators smelled stuffy, breakfast was very basic; wanted an early checkin had to wait for 2hrs to get it sorted out; understandable early checkin is based on availability but they could have handled it better; gym was gud, bar was ok; for the price they are charging I will rather stay somewhere else.”

“The hotel staff friendly and helpful. The hallways and lobby clean and beautifully decorated and scented. The beds very comfy. The pillows soft. The bathrooms clean and stocked with some toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Along with two fluffy robes and towels. The complimentary breakfast with our stay was served in the Lower Level; was hot, tasty, and filling. Wanted to try the on-site tapas restaurant, but didn’t have a chance to.
