“Stains on the bedding, pretty view of the river. Difficulty going back to the interstate, you can only travel one way.”

“The room was clean is the only good review. Had to go ask for a roll of toilet paper. The shower soap bottle was empty, but I didn’t realize that until after I got in the shower. The “breakfast” was a joke. The room door did not seal the light or the morning cold wind out. ”

“It’s fine for what it was, a room to catch some sleep before continuing our trip at a great price. The ro was clean and the staff both evening and morning were friendly. Outward facing rooms are loud and this was increased due to the road construction going on nearby. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment but breakfast included downstairs in an under $75 price was a positive. There was also some sketchy looking stuff going on outside at night so there’s that, but when staying at...

“Everything was good with this hotel except the noise from the highway. Our room was in the back of the hotel and within 50 feet of the interstate and trucks made so much noise braking to go around the curve. Difficult to sleep. ”

“There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. ”

“Checked in and went to our room and there was a smell and looked in the fridge and found leftovers from the previous guests. They came to empty fridge but never cleaned inside after asking multiple times. Then the following day asked for wash clothes and towels over 5 times and never received them. We had to wash with our hands and showered with sandals on how nasty the tub was. ”

“The staff was very friendly. I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home. ”

“I've been to many "Breakfast Included" hotels, and often the food is lackluster, but the food at this Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. The cinnamon rolls were delicious, and the other items were tasty and fresh.”
