“Beds were so comfortable (1 queen & 1 king). The black out shades on every window and door make it so wonderful for sleeping in. There are no stairs inside of this unit so there’s less worry when the kids were playing inside. Theres 2 pull out couch beds and plenty of room for everyone. This unit is our favorite we’ve stayed in at SeaScape & we’ve been coming every summer for years.”

“We had such a wonderful time at this property. Kids loved the pool, miniature golf and especially the playground. We looked forward to our walks in the morning and at Sunset. So gorgeous. “We were very impressed by the property, its location, and amenities. The check-in process was well documented and easy. The host communicated the right information at the right time. The location had private parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We really liked having our own 'suite' for each couple and a nice outdoor space to gather. Just steps from the Santa Cruz pier and the Beach Boardwalk and a short walk to downtown we didn't have to drive the entire weekend. The check-out process...

“We had a lovely time. We really enjoyed the sauna and spa! The nightly view of the sunset and stars was epic! You really feel one with nature, yet you are a five minute drive to restaurants and stores. Everything in the home is high end. They have it all, amazing views, a beautiful kitchen, soft bedding and plenty towels! Any items from home I forgot were already there for us to use.”

“Wonderful house! We had a great time in this beautiful place , which is spacious with gorgeous views. It looks new and very clean. They have a huge deck and large parking area for many cars that enables it better for big gatherings or events . There are more bedrooms ,extra space with sofas , user friendly office as well as playroom, also not far from downtown. We all enjoyed our stay and Teddy is the best host being very friendly and responsible. He gave us flexible checking in and out time...

“The Seacrest vacation home is beautiful. Walking distance from the beach, wharf, shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The home itself is perfect for friend groups, especially since four bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. The kitchen is huge with great space for cooking, gathering together over food etc. My friends and I would definitely book again, as we had a wonderful weekend at Seacrest.”

“We have stayed in rentals at Seascape several times now, and this has been my favorite. I really love the first floor location. Patios on the grass are perfect for playing games or enjoying the sunshine, and it is just a quick walk to the beach. This rental is clean and accommodated. The layout is also somewhat unique, in that it has an additional den area. Great for families.”

“By far this was my best stay and I have traveled a lot and stayed at many locations. The Villa was magnificent. The Suite is large and spacious with a beautiful view. It is incredibly quiet and private. The gardens are magnificent. I loved the fact that I could park my car in a gated driveway and not have to worry about it. The hosts are gracious and helpful. The internet was super fast. I will be back.”

The unit’s location is great for our young kids - easy access to the back lawn and close proximity to the local park/playground. The unit is well equipped with all things needed to make a vacation easy and fun! Will definitely be returning!”

“We had an excellent time at the Ranch Almaden the video you see on YouTube does not do it justice. We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again.”

“It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night.”

“I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer.”

“The couch is not very comfortable for sleeping. The internet was down for our three day stay. Cell service is minimal at best. All that aside, the place is beautiful and the river is a nice teat. Ride the steam train while you are there.”
