Remodeled Cabin near DeSoto State Park & Mentone

This gorgeous mountain cabin was built with 100-year-old reclaimed timber. It’s non-smoking, pet-free & minutes from DeSoto State Park & Mentone. Relax in the hot tub among the tree tops (cleaned after each stay). The remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, while the bathroom includes a custom slate-and-river-rock shower with a rain head. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit. Explore Mentone, DeSoto Falls & Little River Canyon or play a round of golf at Cloudmont.

Happy 28th wedding anniversary to us! What a wonderful little cabin to get away to and enjoy each other’s company. We enjoyed the views, the cabin, the hot tub, the kitchen and the amazing shower. WHAT A GEM!This cabin is cozy, well-stocked, and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking/baking and it's only 20 minutes away from Food City in Ft. Payne. Beautiful views, clean hot tub, a perfect getaway less than 2 hours from Huntsville and Birmingham. I know this is preference, I found the bed to be on the firm side; just a heads up if used to a softer bed.

Beautiful isolated cabin in the mountains. Interiors and hot tub were very clean, internet was fast, and the kitchen is fully kitted out. Great, quick access to nearby towns like Mentone, Valley Head, and Fort Payne. Host communication was easy, and the check in/check out processes were simple.

Desoto State Park

The place is perfect for a weekend away from home. I loved that the cabin was clean, organized, and had all the necessary amenities. That's a plus. The place is nice. It's far from the restaurant area, but close to the park. The hosts were friendly. The process to access the cabin is simple, safe, and easy. I would stay at this cabin again.

My wife and I were very impressed with the cabin aesthetics and amenities, everything in the interior appeared to be spanking new and clean. The covered hot tub was perfect in the evening after hiking in the nearby trails for most of the day.

Everything about it was PHENOMENAL!!!! Looks just like the pictures!!! Was so clean and has everything you need!!!! The owner with communication and info/suggestions couldn’t have been better!!! Perfect getaway

My boyfriend and I chose this cabin based on its location and a few minor details. We got so lucky to have found Laurel Ridge. The host Nathan was extremely knowledgeable about the area making several suggestions to enhance our stay before our arrival. Upon entering the cabin, we were blown away by its beauty and every sense was considered from amazingly comfortable furniture and bedding to bathrobes and scented candles. This cabin is the perfect fit lace to come to if you chose to unplug but still surround yourself in luxury.
