Ogni settimana mi è stata assegnata una camera diversa e ogni camera si è confermata essere spaziosa, pulita, col letto comodo e accessoriata con tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno durante un viaggio di lavoro. “Fantastic service from the moment we arrived we were offered an upgrade which whilst it sounded great actually was in a smaller bed than the original room that we had booked. Although the room was considered to be an upgrade we decided to decline that offer, due to this. Moving back into our originally booked room was seen as no problem at all from the staff who are with us within just a couple of minutes to put us back into our original room with the larger bed. “Unfortunately we were put in a room that faces the road where there are ongoing roadworks. These went on all through the night, we gave up at 7 am and went for breakfast then headed straight home. The lorries were constantly back and forth with reversing alarms going. I have complained to premier inn but they accept no responsibility for placing guests in rooms while this work continues. Avoid Waterloo Street Birmingham for the time being.”

“Good location. Staff amazing. Our bedroom was clean but walls need redecorating. Bed extremely comfortable. VERY noisy until 12pm (next to The Button Factory Pub).”
