“No ice , elevator broke, pool was milky , refused towels ... not extra , bare minimum shower towels rationed at front desk. Front desk clueless , zero english and unless you never leave your parking spot , paid parking for your stay , bc the parking garage is fir a different hotel and there's meter maid staff in full tactical to have tow companies backed up til end of season.”

“The room was very spacious and felt more like a small condo. The washer and dryer were a huge perk so that we didn't need to pack quite as much stuff. The view was spectacular. We did see several cockroaches throughout the room/ balcony areas. Many areas of the hotel are in need of updates. Quite a few of the restaurant staff/ buffet breakfast staff treated us like an inconvenience to their social hour. Overall, we liked the space in the rooms, the view, and the pools. I'd say this resort is...

“It was a nice stay for a quick stop. The door to the bathroom doesn’t fully close. The shower would leak at random times, the bathrooms in the lobby don’t have locks. The sheets were dirty but The staff were nice and helpful though.”

“Not much for parking. I needed handicap there were only 2 spots. They indicated I could go up in incline and park across the street, not good when can't walk far. Next time I book somewhere will remember to ask about parking. They did switch my room to non smoking for an up charge, which was good.”

“There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.”

“The hotel is super close to the beach, which is nice. I also liked the pool and that there was an ice maker. The parking was easy, too, as we never had trouble finding a spot. Staff were friendly. Some cons- the bed wasn’t very comfortable for a week, the windows to our room were cracked, the AC unit was leaking, and the counters in the bathroom were stained. We stayed for a week, and I think the property would be better suited for a 1 or 2 night stay.”
