“The AC unit was nasty on the inside full of roaches dirt and hair. The floor was not mopped at all so our feet were dirty. The bed sheets had stains and so did the pillows. We had to call Expedia to get moved to a new room because the hotel said they are booked up. Maybe about 10 cars outside. Expedia was able to get the hotel to provide a new room. Small interactions like that can completely change the experience of a trip, and he really made me feel taken care of. The hotel is lucky to have him.”

“Dirty walls. Hinges on bathroom door are rusted, killed a scorpion in the room. They refill the body wash/ shampoo.( the lid was nasty). About 3/4 of the rooms were vacant and they put me next to an extended stay that had a big dog that started barking at 2:30-330 every morning. It looked like the tried to cover up some of the mold in the bathroom with paint. Middle eastern own! Enough said. Never again”
