“Clean room and Breakfast”

“My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later. Never happened so I went back to janitor room and got towels, blankets, toilet paper since we were out and trash bags. I get it . Hotel doesn’t clean...

“Very clean grounds and rooms. House keeping daily. Small breakfast options. Owner very accommodating. Quiet, comfortable and safe.”

“Room was decently cleaned air conditioning didn’t work properly and there was significant amount of Cockroaches seen in the front desk at checkout seen one in the room in our stay sink had no hot water running until i turned on the hot water and we had what looked like a pimp and prostitution going on around our room there was. Slamming of the door all night long for two nights definitely won’t stay there again I’m from out of state definitely will do my research a bit more next time”

“This was our second or third time staying here and it was always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference these days. They made sure the breakfast stayed fresh and replenished for all guest. We were always greeted when entering or exiting the premises.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, smelled old and musty, and the bathroom was so filthy that I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. Neither of the TVs in our room worked, and the phone in our room was inoperable. The phone in my family member’s room also didn’t work, making it impossible to contact the front desk. “We were in town for a 3 day swim meet. The pool was closed for the first two days. This was not advertised online, disclosed at check in, and no discount was offered. We picked this hotel because of the opportunity to use the pool in between the youth sporting events”

“The lobby was nice, but that was about it. The hallway to the room was really dark and had a really bad smell. The pictures show a pool, but the pool was not available and had about a foot of green water. Needless to say, we did not stay and found another room somewhere else.”
