“This hotel was great. The room was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great, and during our stay we were there for a soccer tournament so lots of kids and families, as well as two collegiate rowing teams! They kept the food coming and the breakfast area very clean, which was quite impressive given the number of people there. The hotel is very conveniently located to shops and restaurants.”

“Everything was great. It would be five stars if it wasn’t for the fact that the breakfast wasn’t all that and they charge you for parking, which wasn’t disclosed to me when I checked in”

“I love the location of this place but it has certainly seen better days. We were most concerned about the bathtub and shower which had a crazy crack that ran through the caulking and into the wall itself--standing in the tub felt like it was not very stable and made me feel uncomfortable about being in it on the third floor. The smoke detector also fell off the ceiling and wouldn't go back on. Location is AMAZING but they have to put in some effort on the inside. Still, I've stayed at worse so...

“This hotel has the rent by the hour vibes. The parking lot was full of people who appeared to be living there. The pics looked ok, we did not even end up checking in the parking lot and lobby made us feel so unsafe. We bought the coverage and tried to cancel and get refunded but the coverage is a trap. Don’t stay here no matter what and don’t waste money on trip insurance. ”

La pulizia e terribile, non tanto quando entri nell hotel, quanto per il fatto che se anche ci rimani piu di una settimana, lenzuola e asciugamani ppuliti te li sogni. I dipendenti non sono, salvo eccezioni, assolutamente interessati al benessere del cliente anche quando si tratta di richieste modestissime. “Very easy check in. Front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Nice and clean room. Location was perfect, close to the freeway and restaurants.”

“We had planned to enjoy the jacuzzi but it was outdoors and too cold to be out. The dry sauna was also not enjoyed due to the door not shutting so, heat would escape. The hotel is under construction so, we were awakened at 8 AM with hammering noises. The cleaning staff outside of our door was loud.”
