“Nice resort with many amenities. The pool and hot tub were closed. They had a big fire pit that was well stocked with wood. The game room was fun. Easy trail to the beach. Maybe 5 minute walk. There is a convenient store about 1.5 miles away. The room was well equiped with a kitchen and fulll size refrigerator. The only downside was the beds are upstairs via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the lower level. Midnight bathroom trips are interesting. I would stay there again. ”

“Staff is very accommodating, proximity to the beach is great and I loved that they had a nice facility to clean clams. Unfortunately, our unit was very run down with very limited cookware, beat up/stained furniture, appliances that didn't work, heating that didn't work, no instructions for TV, check-out, etc. Floors were filthy and I even stepped in something gooey left behind by another guest. A good cleaning could go a long way.”

“Arrived at the property just before 9pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the one person working there to get back from lunch to check me in. Nothing worse than driving for 4 hrs, finally making it to the hotel and then having to sit in the car and wait to get settled in. Also there wasn't enough hot water for two people to take a shower back to back. On a positive note the hotel was conveniently located 5 minutes from the clamming beach. “Struttura favolosa, proprietari gentilissimi e davvero accoglienti, tutto perfetto, tranne Expedia che ha funzionato un po’ “in differita” e ha mandato le coordinate per il check-in dopo il check out……!!!! … ma la proprietaria è corsa in nostro aiuto in pochi minuti!!
