“Clean and convenient for me”

“This my second time staying here for my annual footy trip to Melbourne, the first time (last year), I was full of praise. This year not so much. My room was an old adjoining room to the one next door. The occupants of that one fought for a good 2hrs up until I called reception to do something before I called the police. “Clean. Tidy. Staff were amazing. Breakfast delicious. Underground parking not operating so had to self park off site. Not ideal but we were only staying 1 night so not much luggage. Would stay again.”

“This was my second stay at the Royal hotel, the rooms are very clean and tidy, shared bathroom is spotless, there is a kitchen for all the people staying, always plenty of coffee, tea and milk supplied and plenty of plates cups and cutlery complete with a microwave oven. Down stairs is complete with great food, plenty of areas to sit down relax while you enjoy a brew or two as I did. “the hotel is located 3km from the city center and outside the free tram zone. the tram stop is anyway just across the road and bikes can be rented. the personnel at the reception is extremely kind and always ready to help, really outstanding. i like the atmosphere of this hotel which looks like an informal art gallery where the guests are invited to express their artistic side. the room is clean always with nice artistic touches. our room didn' have a pleasant view, just the offices very very...

“This hotel is ok if you need a night stay to go to the airport. The room was ver small for 5 people and outdated. They were very acomodating when we returned our rental as they picked us up and took us back to the hotel and dropped us off the next day to the terminal. Overal our stay was comfortable.”
